Welcome!

All Things New AgainMom and Dad work hard.  There’s no doubt about that.

After 15 awesome years of running Sawdust Specialties, they decided it was time to retire so they closed the shop at the end of May.

They wanted to sleep in. They wanted to spend more time with their grandchildren. They wanted to relax.

My parents do many things very well. Relaxing is not one of them.

You may have seen Daddy way up on the ladder painting the exterior of the shop this summer. The plan was to fix up the place and sell it.

Somewhere along the way, the plan changed.

We are so excited to announce that we are opening a new shop this fall called All Things New Again.

All Things New Again will feature many of the things you loved about Sawdust Specialties with some new surprises too, including:Ÿ

  • Furniture and home décor with an emphasis on upcycled elegance
  • The “You Make It New” Flea Market where you can find your next great DIY project
  • American Paint Company all-natural clay, chalk and mineral paint
  • A studio where we will custom paint pieces
  • Painting classes and workshops

In the coming weeks, we will highlight some of the renovation projects Mom and Dad are working on at the shop and give you a preview of the one-of-a-kind furniture pieces we are creating. We also want to tell you all about this wonderful new American Paint Company paint. It is 100% all natural, super-easy to use and transforms even the ugliest-old-thrown-away piece of furniture into a work of art.

The shop is open this summer during renovation, but we do not have set hours yet. If you see the open flags flying, come on in. Mom will be so happy to see you!

Also, please follow us on Facebook: www.facebook.com/AllThingsNewAgain

And tell all of your friends about us!

We want All Things New Again to be a hub of creativity and a gathering place for friends. So come on over!

This is going to be a lot of fun.
