The Wild Roses furniture transfer from ReDesign with Prima is a beautiful finishing touch for smaller painted furniture projects like nightstands, accent tables and small cabinets. If you are just learning how to apply furniture transfers, you may feel a little overwhelmed by the process. (Am I right?) The Wild Roses furniture transfer is the perfect option for you.
Instead of piecing together one large image, the Wild Roses furniture transfer features four smaller sheets. The sheets are about the size of a piece of notebook paper. I think these are much easier to apply!
Each sheet features a different rose design — and all four designs are gorgeous. You only need to purchase one transfer and you can create four beautiful projects.

Here’s How We Used the Wild Roses Furniture Transfer
Project #1: Nightstand
You might have passed over this vintage nightstand if you saw what rough shape it was in when I found it. (See the before shot here.) I used Dixie Belle Paint Company‘s Fluff with Black Best Dang Wax on the details. It looked much better … but still a little blah. The first transfer fit the space on the nightstand door perfectly. It perked this piece right up with the elegant red blooms.
Project #2: Vintage China Cabinet
Cathy used the second Wild Roses furniture transfer as the inspiration for this china cabinet’s makeover. She chose Real Milk Paint Company’s Sage Gray to match the foliage on the transfer. First, she created loads of texture on this piece with one of ReDesign with Prima’s stick-and-style stencils and Chalk Paste, which gives stencils a raised texture. The transfer adds a pop of pretty pink to the piece. It creates a focal point while tying the entire look together perfectly.
Project #3: Window
Furniture transfers aren’t just for furniture! They can be used to accentuate a variety of home decor and craft projects. Cathy removed the glass door from another china cabinet she painted. Then she up cycled the door by painting it, adding a lace panel to the back and the third transfer. A new crystal knob completes the look.
Project #4: Hat Box
The fun part about up cycling is that pretty much anything can be transformed into beautiful home decor. Cathy gave a whole new life to this tired old hat box with paint and the last Wild Roses transfer. Look at it now!
There you have it … one Wild Roses furniture transfer, FOUR projects!
